Privacy

I take my client's (and potential client's) privacy seriously. Any details collected from the web site contact form, via email contact or during the course of a project will be held in the strictest confidence in accordance with figure 8.5 of my terms and conditions.

On entering a contract with me I will ask for your name, address, phone and email address. This information is for me to communicate with you and for billing use.

All data is stored securely on my machines and back-up media.
Data is not transferred. I do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial or any other reasons.

Sensitive information is only collected by me if you knowingly provide it. I am happy to work under NDA if required and even sign the OSA if necessary.
