- Create product groups; add & delete products; create pages for your own Terms & Conditions, Contact details, front page message or anything else you like.
Cataloging and stock control
- Our system allows you to list products in as many categories as you like. Stock levels automatically reduced when items are sold.
Order tracking - Automatic emails sent when a customer has
purchased an item. Order status listed at all stages from initial sale through
payments received to items dispatched.
Secure payments - SSL certificates with warranties from $10,000 for customer confidence and allowing for the safe and secure transmission of important information such as credit card data.

We can provide a lot of things but some of it you will need to supply your self. We can help with any of these should you find yourself confused.
Products - A good range of products is an obvious starting
point. It doesn't really matter how many. They don't have to be tangible goods
either. Our system can let you sell digital files too.
Logo - You need to have identifiable styles and imagery so people know it is you they are buying off. Naturally we will design these for you if you don't have any but you are welcome to bring your own.
Web space - You may have your own web site already set up or require web space to be set up. We can work with your own site or provide our own hosting.
Naturally we prefer to set up the webspace but not for the reason you are probably thinking.
We know our way round our own hosting administration systems which speeds up the whole process.
There are some specific hosting features our e-commerce system requires. We know our hosting can support our system.
Payment Gateway - Our system deals with many things but we
cannot place money into your bank. You will need to decide how you want people
to pay you for your items. Options include Paypal, Google checkout or bank-provided
systems such as HSBC's online merchant debit and credit card processing.
Costs and services will vary so some research will need to be done to see which is best for you. We will advise you where needed but as this will be directly connected to your bank and your online safety we will not get directly involved.
Once set up you will be given information that you can pass to us to integrate into the ecommerce solution.
If you do not want any of these you can accept payments by mail by default but this could have a detrimental effect on sales.
